Campus to reopen as normal on Wednesday, 7th January

Reaseheath College and University Centre will be open as usual on Wednesday 7 January, following a review of the latest weather conditions.

The situation will continue to be monitored overnight and if there are any significant changes, an update will be issued early in the morning before students and staff begin their journeys.

Otherwise, no further communication will be issued and the college should be assumed to be open.

Marcus Clinton, Principal and CEO, said: “We would like to thank colleagues who have

been working on site this week to support the campus, essential services and ongoing activity.

“We also recognise the disruption caused by Monday’s late change in decision-making, which was driven by rapidly deteriorating road and travel conditions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

“We look forward to welcoming students back and getting the new term fully underway.
