Lecturer and Course Manager
Amee holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Food Science and Nutrition from University College Birmingham, following on from an FdSc in Food Science and Innovation degree from University Centre Reaseheath.
Prior to completing her degree, Amee earned a Diplôme de Pâtisserie from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and gained extensive industry experience, working in a range of establishments in the Lake District, Manchester and London. This also included serving as Head Baker at a two-Michelin-star restaurant.
