Iram completed has bachelors (1st class) in Biotechnology from India and Masters (Distinction) in Food Science and Innovation from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. Iram has several years of experience in the baking and high care industry working within the technical department with through and extensive knowledge on HACCP, food safety, quality management systems (QMS), continious improvement (CI), and laboratory management, etc.
Iram has completed extensive research, looking into the sustainable extraction of protein and fiber (to be used as a food additive) from the industrial potato peel waste, whilst reducing the time and production cost on an industrial scale.
