Tom completed his BSc Chemical Engineering & Chemistry at the University of Sheffield, and is a member of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. Tom also has 7 years experience as a Process Engineer and Scientist in the food industry and analytical services for various sectors. Tom has 7 years experience in brewing & distilling at Senior Operator, Management and Consultant levels. Tom has since been managing a wide variety of Research projects at UCR revolving around Sustainability, Food and Landbased Themes.
