We will be subsidising transport fees by £1.5 million to help ensure that the cost of travel remains as small as possible and that we continue to offer a cost effective, safe and comfortable method of travel to and from campus.
We also offer means tested bursaries which may further reduce the cost of travel. More information on this can be found on our finance page.
To apply for a bus pass for 2020-2021 please email transport@reaseheath.ac.uk.
Before applying for transport please ensure you have read the Behaviour Code for Students using College Transport and the Terms and Conditions of Reaseheath College Transport. If you have used our buses before, please ensure you check routes and times because there have been some changes.
Please note – bus routes, times and stops are subject to change. To apply you will need your student ID number, this can be found on any correspondence from us (email, letter).
To ensure all students who have paid for a subsidised college bus pass for 2020/21 are safe when using our transport service, we will be asking all passengers to follow our college transport rules, which are in line with the government’s guidance in response to the current COIVD-19 pandemic. Face coverings must be worn at all times on the bus and we will be taking extra hygiene precautions, by cleaning our buses more regularly and providing hand sanitiser. This will make travelling on our high-quality coaches a much safer experience for all passengers.
If you would prefer to travel by train, we can also collect students from several train stations, including two pick-ups from Crewe Railway Station.
Financial support for train travel is available to eligible students from The Reaseheath Bursary.
If have paid for train travel to Crewe you will be entitled to a free bus pass from Crewe railway station to college.
If you have your own car we have free parking spaces available and plenty of bike shelters for those students who cycle in to college.
Further afield If you live outside of our bus routes you might want to consider residential student accommodation.
